Together, these tell us whether you are positioned to benefit from AI, and where the gaps are that will slow you down or derail you if you ignore them. This is not a questionnaire you fill in yourself. We do the work. Our team conducts structured interviews, reviews your current systems, and maps your AI landscape against your industry context. You get an honest, evidence-based view of where you are, not a score that makes you feel good.
What You Get
At the end of AI Ready, you receive a written assessment that tells you: where your business is most exposed to AI disruption, which parts of your operation are genuinely AI-ready and which are not, the three to five changes that would have the greatest impact on your readiness, and a prioritised action plan for the next 90 days. If AI Vision or AI Build is the right next step for you, we will say so and explain why. If they are not, we will tell you that too.
