The initial problem was to identify the list of things to check or to ask from a subject matter expert or job position candidate going through interview regarding some complex topic, where the interviewer or assessor has a limited knowledge.

The Outcome
For tasks of requirements document generation, software architecture decisions/trade-offs identification, and test programs generation, we can achieve outcomes comparable with top LLMs using local computation (Apple M4 Pro). This helps optimise software development process and reduce engineering costs.
UAV Airworthiness Certification with Digital Twin Technology
Cost-effective 6 sigma and lean-based certification process
Overview
We developed an innovative, cost-effective 6 sigma and lean-based certification process for UAVs using digital twins and AI models with built-in bias correction.
Client
A subsidiary of an Eastern European nuclear power corporation.
The Challenge
High costs and long timelines for UAV flight worthiness certification that were not justified by the cost and R&D budgets of UAV. Using a Siemens Simcenter solution, together with the ground and air segment measurement hardware, we created an automated pipeline for the hybrid virtual/real experimentation and design verification reports creation, leveraging the design data (geometry, flight parameters, materials).

The Outcome
This process accelerates certification timelines while ensuring that UAVs meet high operational precision and safety standards, which is essential for integrating UAVs into civilian aviation within city boundaries. The lead time reduction is 7x with cost reduction over 100x.
Order Fulfillment Scaling
AI automation for warehouse operations
Overview
Over 6 months, we developed and implemented the solution for scaling the volume of order fulfillment and online order delivery operations.

A large Eastern European retailer's fulfillment centre.
The Challenge
Physical limitations in increasing capacity for online orders of a large Eastern European retailer's fulfillment centre. All shifts were staffed at 100%, and further increase in the number of workers was physically impossible.
Key Results
The Outcome
Right after the project completion, the pandemic hit, and online orders went through the roof, reducing investment payback in online sales from the expected 5 years to just 7 months. In 2021, it was #1 regional service for online FMCG in customer satisfaction, with more than 93% of correctly executed positions in orders, well above the market benchmark. The operations were scaled 7x, with just a 30% cost increase.

Multi-objective optimization for B2B and B2C channels
Overview
We built an integrated solution that produced price elasticity calculations, optimal warehouse and shelf levels of stock across different categories, product sales margin prediction and control, and a financial budgeting and reporting system.

The Challenge
The challenge for a large Scandinavian retailer was to automate price management in B2B and B2C channels in response to the competition's daily shelf price adjustment. It required a multi-objective optimisation for an annual review and renegotiation of supplier contracts and financial targets achievement.

The Outcome
The market share in B2B sales has risen. The purchasing budget increase was below the inflation rate. The B2B order execution time improved three-fold with the same staff, and EBITDA grew 4% over 18 months of project implementation and operations.
